Roof design; pitched, shed, flat (available with roof top deck)

Red Dirt Room: $8,000 specifically designed to organize sports/outdoor activities; comes with a bank of “locker style” cabinets, sitting bench, special clothing closet, outdoor shower, outdoor bike/misc. wash area

Kiva: $38,000 originally a round special room for ancient Native Americans; comes with an outdoor roof deck w/ interior stairway access, skylight, and exterior finish options

Master Bedroom Breakfast Bar: $3,200 countertop area w/ sink, convenient electrical outlets, under-counter refrigerator, cabinet storage

Steam showers: $2,900
